Tugkad is a journal of literary and cultural studies published by the University of San Carlos Cebuano Studies Center in cooperation with the Literature Section of the Department of Communications, Linguistics and Literature. The journal works with an international advisory board to publish a general issue annually. Tugkad welcomes scholarly contributions that explore intersections among literatures, theoretical discourse, cultural studies, literary productions and book reviews. All research articles are double-blind peer reviewed. Tugkad is an online Open Access journal.
